
The challenge: Drive monetisation on Whittard’s social channels
In my role as Head of Digital at Bacardi, I was tasked with working with procurement to consolidate our agency offering. Reducing the number of agencies we worked with from five to one digital agency, who would be responsible for all content creation, SEO, digital strategy, support for on trade and off trade and future planning.
The results
Selection of new digital agency partner created efficiencies of £700,000.
