The challenge: Drive Bacardi Cuba Libre to a wide audience

To celebrate Cuban Independence Day, Bacardi partnered with UBER to bring London a free Cuba Libre.

UBER users could win the chance to have a Cuba Libre delivered. We sent ten mixologists, paired with a driver to deliver a  free, freshly mixed Bacardi Cuba Libre, right to their door.

The results

The #UberLibre hashtag reached 6.7 million people, and trended on Twitter. Heavy influencers in the core demographic picked up on it and engaged in the activation, and there were more social mentions for Bacardi Cuba Libre in a 48-hour window in the UK than the whole of the year combined.
